My husband and I were referred to Coliseum Lexus of Oakland via a Costco Auto Program referral. Billy contacted us right away to see what I was interested in seeing and set up an appointment for that day. I was able to test drive the model of Lexus I was interested in and Billy was very charismatic, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I was just in the “research” phase of my car shopping but ended up taking a car home that day! The experience was easy and painless! People here are actually warm, personable, and kind, and Tom Tang stands out as being one of the best!! Purchasing a car is such a big expense, and you want a fair deal - we got that and more here.
