We found the car on carfax and instantly connected with. We had our appointment with Mike, who showed honesty and grace in his work. Not only did he make us feel comfortable, but he made sure we understood the pros and cons and that we knew what we signed up for. We also enjoy Chasity taking us on the test drive, taking time to make sure we had what we needed, and great conversation. The team was nice to be around, and the added pressure to purchase a vehicle didn't show up, which made the decision much easier. I felt very heard and understood as a parent and buyer.
Where to start? The staff were wonderful, Mike, Ahmed and Chastity were amazing. Super thorough, not pushy but informative. The staff worked with me from the beginning to the end. This was a two week process ONLY because I had to do my homework and they understood. I am extremely happy with my purchase plus the price was in my budget.
