My experience with BMW of Bloomfield Hills is amazing. I would like to give a big shout out to Meghan Bahr. I purchased two cars from this place and my experience was very great both the times. Meghan went out of her way to help me in finding my dream car. She not only made the process so smooth, she was also able to find the right vehicle for me. Initially i purchased a 430i convertible and she went above and beyond to find an in-production vehicle which can meet my needs. She was able to secure the vehicle and tried everything she could to deliver the vehicle to me as fast as possible. I wasn’t expecting the vehicle to be delivered to me that fast with all the features i need. Thanks to Meghan, she was able to find an in-production vehicle and secure it for me. Recently I purchased an X7 and she did a thorough search to find the vehicle which meets all my needs. She patiently demoed me multiple vehicles and clearly explained everything. She also helped me during financing to make necessary adjustments to fit my dream car within my budget. 5/5 experience. Bill is amazing. He is so helpful, answers my questions, and was respectful during the process. He was straight to the point and made sure my new car exceeded my expectations. Even afterwards, he checked in to see how things were going. Chase is a genius! So great to work with, and easy going, whilst truly being an expert at what he does. He also followed up with me to ensure I was pleased with the car. The two of them truly made my experience seamless and enjoyable. Thanks for the best salesman Megan and I had the best deal recommend this salesman I would put 10 stars And This was the best dealership experience. After finding what I wanted online and starting the process, everything was completed within about 30 minutes of my arrival, then I was out the door in my new car. The bulk of that hour was time spent with the technician learning the vehicle. There were no high pressure add-on tactics during the finance process either, which I really appreciated.
