It is so nice to finally walk into your service department and be happy about it. Since the manager changed and a few others, this service department has gone from a negative rating to a positive rating in my book. This new team is more helpful and actually shows customers they want to help and are happy that you are there. Roger is a great advisor, so much better than the last one I had to deal with. Very professional and efficient staff. John is the best!!! ???? Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are at the top of their list. My car always feels brand new - - real smooth - - after a service. ???? I don’t recall ever having to wait beyond the estimated timeframe. But in the event it happens, waiting doesn’t feel tedious - there are snacks, water and coffee available on the house. You can even snooze if you want to — seats are super comfortable. ???? And if you don’t want to wait, there’s free shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Supercalifragilisticespialidocious!!!
