2023 Mazda CX-30 2.5 S AWD

I bought a gorgeous vehicle from this dealer last week. First of all, the vehicle was in AMAZING condition, extremely clean and most definitely detailed before my purchase. It was used, but looked brand new. Secondly, the salesmen went out of their way to ensure we made things happen. My situation was a little tricky in terms of what the banks would approve me for, but they went out of their way to call in some favors and make it happen regardless. A huge special thanks to Erik, who’s kindness and courtesy made me feel comfortable and who’s personality reflected the reliability of the dealership as a whole. He was gentle, caring, yet extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to figure things out for me. He had answers to all of my questions about the complexities within the electronics, which was amazing because this was a Toyota, and they are a hyundai dealership. Jamie, the big boss, was SO helpful, and we truly couldn’t have made the purchase happen without his extra efforts to call in some favors. He explained to me how to lower my payments in upcoming months and told me to call him if i have ANY issues at all. Lastly, David, the finance guy, he was such a funny, caring, laidback guy who explained all the fine details to me thoroughly and easy-to-understand terms. These few men made my experience with this dealership 10x better, their care and consideration will not be forgotten. I will most definitely be returning to this dealership, and I recommended it to everyone. Ask for Erik, he’s the best salesman to work with!

Erik was the greatest! John and Jeremiah were also very helpful to me and helped me decide on a comfortable price range. I was joking around and felt like I was with family, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured and was able to negotiate. Finance and sales were very understanding, and Erik always made sure to follow up with a timely response. I came in with a lease and they took it off my hands easy, and covered the rest (3-4 months) of payments. Thank you to the entire team, especially Erik, that assisted me, I love my new car ??
