2023 Mazda CX-30 2.5 S AWD

I had an oil change and tire rotation and pre road trip inspection and couldn’t be happier about the service I received. It’s my first time at Stephen Wade but it took 2 seconds to determine this is a quality and high standards dealership. Super friendly and great value. Thank you Stephen Wade. It’s a big relief knowing that there is a great service department and dealership close to my home. My next car will definitely come from you guys. They fixed my car in a timely manner, and stayed in great communication. It was great to get a video of them working on my car. One thing I would suggest is washing the customers vehicle after it’s completed. I was sad to see how dirty it was when I got it back. Most of the staff is great. There was one female service advisor who was very rude/snotty. Greg was the service advisor for my vehicle, he was very nice and helpful. Thank you for getting me back on the road!
