2022 Mazda CX-30 Select AWD

Had to go and get a recall part replaced on my Mazda. The service staff were friendly and professional - Roberto patiently explained what would be done. The waiting area was quiet, clean, with free coffee and water. The chairs were okay but could be more softer/roomier/comfortable. They completed the work in the promised time.

Ralph was very friendly, patient and professional sales consultant! ???? It always stressed me out about going to the dealership especially I’d decided not to do the financing on the used car. He made the process easy and straightforward, and was not forceful about the pre-paid maintenance packages Mazda provided, which was a very big plus! During the entire driving test he explained the car really well and cleared any concerns you might have. You could tell he spent time knowing the car before you came to the dealership.
