Very happy with the service results, but had to go with 4 stars as their policy to charge an hour of diagnostics for EACH thing you bring in can quickly drain the wallet. Why not charge an hourly fee for diagnostics and determine all issues and add up the time. In my case each issue was about 20 mins but I paid for four hours for four things
