Wanted to share an update to my previous review... Many dealerships go above and beyond during the purchasing process, and Hertrich Mazda was no exception. Great experience. But what happens AFTER the purchase matters even more. Will you still get the same level of customer service once the commitment is made and money is exchanged? Well, no worries there either! I brought my vehicle in for its first service and was just as happy with the experience as I was during the purchase. The service team is AMAZING! They made arrangements to make sure I got to work (yes, they drove me there!) and then picked me up after work and brought me back to the dealership. The service manager answered all my questions and the driver was an absolute delight. It could have been a very awkward experience, riding with a total stranger, but I enjoyed the interaction and felt totally at ease. I am happy to have given my business to a team that follows through and provides consistent, thorough, and friendly service, even after the sale.
