My sales guy was Corey Shackelford but also consisted of Janine as finance rep and Jakob sales manager. Corey made this transaction flawless. After having my previous car stolen I was dreading another purchase. I came from Texas just to purchase my 2023 Hellcat Jailbreak and Corey went ABOVE & BEYOND. Upon arrival the car was in detail bay with huge purple bow???? (my favorite color). Corey listened from first contact and made it happen. Top notch sales rep. I can’t say enough about Corey and my whole team. Janine was very informative and saved me thousands. They truly are here for the people and not what they can rack from you. I’ll be buying from this dealership from now on. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Thank you to the whole team….very pleasant and flawless purchase! Highly recommend ????????

TL;DR: Great experience from beginning to end, Brandon Lewis went above and beyond all of our expectations. 5 stars, would buy again. What’s 1,000 miles away from Metro Detroit and totally worth the drive? Brandon Lewis and the amazing support staff at Joe Cooper Chevrolet. Story time… As mentioned above, I live in a small town about 40 miles north of Detroit. Our family has been entertaining the idea of a fully electric vehicle for a few years. Recent circumstances gave us the push to start seriously shopping. Using the inventory search function on Chevrolet’s website, we started contacting dealers for pricing and availability. Disappointed at the results locally, we broadened our search area to 1,000 miles. This is how we first discovered Joe Cooper Chevrolet. The advertised pricing was INSANE. Joe Cooper was advertising vehicles for $3-5k less than every dealer within 500 miles of our home. I decided to call and figure out what kind of crazy they were selling, because these prices seemed too good to be true. Brandon has entered the chat… I called the dealership, asked for new vehicle sales and was connected with Brandon Lewis. I explained my confusion with the advertised pricing, expecting him to tell me that it was in fact a mistake. Brandon was very helpful in our initial call, taking my information and double checking every aspect of pricing to make sure the price he gave was accurate. Lo and behold, pricing was indeed accurate. Brandon was extremely patient with us while my wife and I discussed purchasing the vehicle and started planning the trip out to pick it up. A couple text messages with Brandon and a $500 deposit later, our decision was made. Road Trip! We left Michigan around noon on Monday, ready to finally meet Brandon and our new vehicle Tuesday morning. 1,000 miles and many cups of coffee later, we arrived. Our new vehicle was in the detailing booth, and Brandon was already preparing all of the paperwork for us to get back on the road as soon as possible. Within an hour and a half, the financing was processed, Onstar was activated, our battery was topped off, and we were ready to get on the road. This was the most efficient purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced. Brandon was attentive to our needs, answering so many questions prior and during the sale. The finance manager did a great job explaining everything as we signed the many required documents. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. Every single aspect of our purchase experience was beyond my expectations. I can honestly say that Brandon and Joe Cooper will be my first call the next time we, or anyone in our family, needs to purchase a vehicle.

?????????? 5/5 Stars Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Chad at Joe Cooper! I recently purchased a new Chevy Trax from Joe Cooper, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had — all thanks to Chad! From the moment I walked in, Chad was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with patience, and walked me through every step of the process. What stood out most was how transparent and honest he was — I never felt like I was being “sold” something. Instead, I felt like I had a trusted advisor on my side.
