I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime and this was generally one of the most painless and pleasant of the purchases. My sales person was Chandler Beck and he was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant to work with. I came in on a Wednesday test drove the car worked out a deal and came in the next day to pick it up by that time Chandler and I had created somewhat of a friendship and we’re joking and telling each other Personal stories. That young man is absolutely an asset to David Sinclair Lincoln He is to be commended on his sales personality. This is my second Lincoln. I don’t remember who I purchased the first one from but Chandler definitely made an impression on me and I will remember him.
Dave Sinclair Lincoln St. Peters and sales consultant, Chandler Beck, provide a top notch car buying experience and take customer service to new heights. The dealership was quick to respond to my internet inquiry regarding a hard-to-find 2024 Nautilus earmarked as “in transit”. Where other dealerships would not provide any info regarding arrival dates of “in-transit” vehicles, Dave Sinclair Lincoln knew precise arrival dates. Chandler was great to work with and made the process flow smoothly. There was no pressure to buy only what was on the lot and they were focused on making sure that I got the vehicle that I absolutely wanted. I was able to reserve the preferred vehicle and complete most aspects of the vehicle purchase electronically prior to delivery day.
