Recently bought a car and traded in my old one. My salesman, Rob, was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car, explained a lot of features and made sure it was a good fit for what I needed and my budget. I recommend going here and I plan on bringing my new car here for all my service needs as well!

Great people. Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout a long process of finding a manual transmission Mazda 3. Rob, our sales associate, was great with keeping us in the loop with potential cars and finding a manual to let us test drive. He contacted us immediately when a car in a color we wanted was available. We agreed on a price and put down a deposit. Rob kept us up to date on where the vehicle was and personally went to pick up the car on its final journey so we could pick it up on the day he promised. The finance and sales manager were also very nice and helpful and a pleasure to work with, even though some issue ( through no fault of theirs) made the process take longer than anyone expected. They apologized numerous times for something that was not their fault. A very pleasant experience due to all the very pleasant people. Thank you all! My wife is extremely happy with her beautiful new Mazda 3. She has it in time for a road trip to visit family in New Jersey and will be happy to arrive in her brand new car.

We had the best experience at Capital Mazda of Cary. Wally took the best care of us, and we were given an excellent trade-in value for my 2016 Chevy Camaro. The finance manager was very personable and even took the time to talk a little about sports with me as I was signing those many papers
