I met Service Manager, Rosie Martinez after I got stuck in NJ during a business trip with no other way to get home other than my Mazda that was temporarily out of commission. Rosie was wonderful and handled my requests with promptness, professionalism, and care. She made my experience painless and quick. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Big shout out to you for being such a great help throughout the process. Also the whole staff was very cordial and supportive. Best part was I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend this store. Shout out to Fabian and Rick for their amazing leadership. The store was very well kept, clean and had a good lounge. Also it’s very inclusive and LGBTQ ?????????? friendly. Kudos to the whole team.

Easiest car leasing experience ever. I contacted Mazda of Lodi online at 11am and by 4pm my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, there were no surprise fees, everything was just as discussed. Mr. Noble was great to work with via text, and I am very pleased with the vehicle so far. He even installed the tags when they arrived, as promised when i picked up the vehicle several weeks later. Highly recommend the team at Mazda of Lodi.
