Shannon Ross is the only person I go to for when I need my car serviced. She knows her stuff and knows how to take care of you. She's super friendly and always remembers me whenever I stop by Honda for any car services. I love that she communicates with me on any updates on my car. My Toyota RAV4 broke down on me, so I had to see about purchasing a new car. Went to Avery Greene Honda, Vallejo and AJ Hirani approached us as soon as we parked and was very attentive to my needs and very helpful with options they offered.
