2024 Mazda CX-30 Select Sport AWD

This is my 3rd purchase with Lithia Dodge and my 2nd Jeep Wrangler! Bryan Rask is Top Notch when it comes to Service. He’s honest and wants to make sure the purchase truly benefits me. Every time I go into Lithia it’s like running into friends you haven’t seen in a while! From finance, to service, to warranties it’s always an enjoyable experience! I’m not sure what their sales for Wranglers would be without Bryan. But I can say they’re lucky to have such an amazing enthusiast there to show all the cool fun tricks they do while also really enjoying his “job”. Quick, professional, and courteous! Chewed up a couple of tires and picked up a nail on a road trip. Stopped in to see if I could get tires and an alignment and they got me in first thing next morning. First time I’ve actually gotten a vehicle back from an alignment with the steering wheel straight so I was super impressed. Definitely recommend and kinda wished I lived here so they could be my primary dealership.

I’m very pleased with my experience of the service department at Lithia. From calling to make an appointment to picking up my car when complete was a smooth and well setup process. Jarrett my service advisor kept me well informed. In addition to the requested service they performed a complementary inspection and recommended repairs(including a video of a problem area). Very thorough!!
