2023 Mazda CX-30 Select AWD

I have waited to write a review after reading thru several of the reviews. First and foremost, anyone buying a used car without a warranty is at risk for a hundred things to go wrong with the vehicle. That’s exactly what an aftermarket warranty is for. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle locally within a range of 300-500 miles of my location. After a few months of searching, I expanded my search to nationwide. In early August I came across almost the perfect car (didn’t have leather and I wanted leather, blue/grey color and I wanted a charcoal grey color.) It checked off everything else I wanted: 4 doors, TDI, manual, low miles for used. The guys over at Carfinders had just what I was looking for. The ONLY big problem was it was 1200 miles away. After contacting them, Cesar quickly made contact with me via text and phone calls. He provided me with all the information I requested including more pictures and videos. Then my interaction began with Angel. He set me up with the financing options and walked me thru what I needed. After 24 hours that was figured out, but the issue became going to get it. At this point, Angel did mention a couple of cosmetic issues and with the back and forth I didn’t receive any pictures. Angel gave me his word that with financing secured that the vehicle was off the market. 08/10/24 I flew out and made the 1200 mile journey. Angel was awesome enough to set me up with Ben his driver to bus me down to the dealership half an hour away from the Denver airport. I’d like to thank Ben for being patient and figuring out the pick up location for 30 minutes since I was completely lost. Ben was friendly and courteous throughout the drive. Upon arriving, at the “dealership” office I met everyone in person and EVERYONE was exceptionally friendly (who wants to be at work on a Saturday at 2 PM.) I took the car for a quick test drive and was instantly pleased. I did note the cosmetic defects which were one baseball size dent and some scuffs on the passenger doors. It’s a 10 year old car and those were the only issues I found with the car. Angel quickly took care of me, offered me food and water before I hit the road. So I jump in a 10 year old used car to make a 1300 mile journey home. What could go wrong? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The car was amazing. Exactly what I had been looking for. I quickly realized the cloth seats were way better for me than the leather in the Texas heat and the blue/ grey color quickly grew on me. Upon getting home, I was able to complete a thorough inspection. I’ve been blown away by how great the has been after 4500 miles. In addition to getting the exact car I wanted, I’ve come to see the vehicle has some great aftermarket modifications to include a tune/ exhaust to improve fuel mileage as well as a nice set of tires and wheels that look almost new. Thanks again to Angel, Cesar, Ben, and all the Carfinders staff! If you all were local I’d definitely be doing business again more often.

Overall, nice buying experience the cars they offer are worth the money and the buying process is not horrible. I worked with the Rep or sales manager name, Angel. He was quick in satisfying my request and did a good job helping me out. I wish I would’ve came out to nitpick the car a little bit more as far as the interior quality of it but that’s all on the buyer and not the seller but from top to bottom, Angel was very professional, he was very thorough And was extremely friendly, which is always good.

I had a very smooth experience with Car Finders. I communicated with Angel throughout the process and to make the purchase. Angel was a clear communicator and the paperwork process went smoothly. The car is great thus far and I feel like I got a solid deal. I firmly recommend Car Finders as an establishment for purchasing a vehicle!
