I am a first-time buyer, and I had no doubts that I was being taken care of at Garvey. The vehicle I purchased came home with me within 48 hours of beginning the process. The service department made sure all aspects of the vehicle were safe to drive away with, and the detailers did an excellent job on the inside/outside of the car! It is clean, well-maintained, and honestly priced. I was not coerced into doing anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing, and drove away feeling thankful for the service provided by my salesman. WOW! Cody Parker is an AMAZING when it comes to customer service, sales, etc. Cody cold called me informing me of the deals they have going knowing & remembering from 6 months prior when we had spoke & he knew I would possibly be interested in trading in my vehicle. From the beginning when I made the appointment when I was hesitant to come in on my day off & was doubtful of the outcome he was helpful, kind, & patient with me. When I came in for my appointment he directed me to my interests listened to my opinions & outlooks carefully when it came to what I wanted in a vehicle. Sometimes we feel nervous and intimidated when we think about buying a car and dealing with a salesman. I know I do especially as a woman. I had a year left on the lease and knew I wanted out of it. I needed a different type of car. I kept on seeing pop ups on Facebook about Garvey Nissan and one of their salesman, Mike Ryan. I decided to contact Mike and say Hey, what can I do with the current situation I'm in. I laid out exactly what I wanted and what I did NOT want. And let me say, he delivered! I got into a great car, with a great deal. The customer service was exceptional. The financing portion, which is usually what I dread the most, was super easy. Zach laid it all out and made me feel secure and comfortable in what I was purchasing. I never leave reviews but I had to for these guys. They were super easy to work, they listened and they delivered. I highly recommend working with them. And some of the perks you get aren't too shabby either. I say go hit up Mike!
