What a great car buying experience with Jack! He was very helpful and did a great job from start to finish! He is definitely an asset to auto Nation! Also Alex in finance was great to work with! It was our first time there, we just moved to Florida a few months ago, and I won’t buy a car anywhere else! Jack is our guy! I do have one thought, I called in and asked a couple of questions before we went and noticed that salesman’s name was on our paperwork that answered the phone.,that did not make me happy. If I wanted to work with him I would have asked for him. Overall great 5 star experience and love of New car!!!
I showed interest in a Rav4 Hybrid Woodland through the Toyota website. Arif called me the next day, left a voicemail and when I was able to call him back worked with my evening schedule to look at, test drive, and put up with dozens of questions. Arif wasn't pushy, hurried, out to make a quick sale and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. My finance agent was Alex and like Arif wasn't pushy, surely didn't laugh at me miss speaking Magnuson Ferguson instead of Magnuson - Moss, and got me towards what I wanted in warranties and payments. Going from a truck to a Rav4 was quite the jump but so far I'm happy. Thank you guys!
After visiting multiple Toyota dealers and without intention to buy but only to decide on the trim, I was met by Karim. I told him my intentions and he had the patience to let me test drive five different Tundras to include the TRD Pro which I thought was unattainable. After he suggested to why not lets try to get a deal because he knew we loved how it drove. We got a good deal with a great price on my trade. Karim was excellent, he wasn’t pushy or made me feel pressured to buy. I also liked the dealership after visiting 5 different dealership and two with very markdown price but had up to 4k of hidden fees and giving me numbers on a vehicle I didn’t even test drive, AutoNation Pinellas Park was the complete opposite. They did not try to confuse the numbers they were straightforward with the price and for that I do appreciate it. Definitely, would purchase another vehicle again from this dealership.
