I was in the market for a used vehicle with low miles when I found a 2019 Corolla at McGrath Elmhurst Toyota. I just wanted to test drive it to see if I liked that particular style of car and was expecting to be high pressured into buying the car on the spot. However, my experience was the opposite. I was greeted with a friendly sales rep named Max who was transparent about the process, down to earth, and very low pressure. I ended up loving the car and the experience I had here so much that I came back the next day and purchased it. Max made the process smooth and I was able to leave in my new ride within an hour. I had a great experience here and I would return next time anyone in my family needs a new vehicle. Edit: 4/11/24 While my review for the purchasing process remains, I have removed a star for the service experience here. The employees on the front end are great, including Rose at the Cashier’s Desk and Max, my sales person. However, I would never take my vehicle here for service. The service manager, Greg, is extremely unprofessional as was my service advisor Manny at my most recent visit. My car had an issue with not starting, unrelated to the battery, and the service department tried to sell me a trickle charger that was unnecessary to remedy my issue. In addition, that work was done without any approval on my end and I was kept in the dark during the whole process. I had to call multiple times to receive any updates on my car, and was met with short and snippy responses from my service advisor Manny. All I ask is that I be updated on the status of my vehicle and that work not be performed without prior approval. In short, I would still recommend buying a car here as the sales experience is above and beyond, just avoid the service department at all costs.

New Toyota owner but used Toyota. Took it in for regularly scheduled maintenance. My service person was phenomenal and Very communicative. He didn't push additional services that weren't needed. But explained what was going to be needed coming up and the time frames. I am very happy with the experience. I will be using this location for all my Toyota needs. Oh, and I love the fact that they washed my car.
