Noel was so helpful! He kept in touch with us every day as we worked thru insurance on our old truck until the settlement went thru and we could purchase our "new" truck. When we had questions, he got the answer for us. Noel did not "pressure" us in any way. Simply let us know he was there if we needed him. Overall, Lewis Ford of Hays did a great job working on my recall for my 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. The shifter bushing had a recall on it. However, they did tell me they would have it done in thirty minutes, they started on it at 8:00 am or a little after and did not get it back to me until 10:00 am. I do understand that things do happen.
