Simply Outstanding. Went in for my Jeep Wave service and was in and out. No appointment. Just showed up first thing on a Saturday. The writers and staff were very nice, even the techs coming to the office for some coffee were nice and said hi. Highly recommend this service center. TBH I had some reservations due to a bad experience at another location but these folks shined. My Jeep is a Tuttle Click Tustin car from now on. Thanks!
Just a routine oil change but very pleasant experience. Jose was great as my associate and the car was done 15 minutes before the expected time. I’ve not always had pleasant experiences at the dealer so this was nice.
Would definitely recommend coming here for any service! Eric my service advisor was able to provide timely updates and made the process so much easier with the extended warranty company. Went in for transmission issues and Eric was able to identify more issues with the Jeep, now it’s running like brand new! Can’t express how grateful I am and would rate them a 10/10!!!
