Better late than never... but I would like to take this time and give credit when it's due. Super-duper thankful to the team in Gurnee Hyundai, especially to Scott who helped me with my new vehicle. The first 1-2 weeks of March has been terrible due to the major accident that I went through. Scott and his team did everything they can to make sure I left happy and satisfied. Scott took his time to show me around, and explained what we can do to make sure we leave with a new vehicle that I am happy with. I know they’re “salesman”, but that’s not how I felt during my visit. Scott had great personality and connected with me to make sure I felt at ease. Also, a few days later, Scott took the time out of his day to call me and check-in to make sure everything’s okay with my car. Out of all the experienced I’ve had; I would say Gurnee Hyundai is by far the best because of Scott and his colleagues. They were all professional and respectful. Thank you much for taking the time and helping me walk out with my new baby, 2020 Hyundai Sonata!!! I am very grateful????

Purchased a used 2021 BMW a few weeks ago. Jay and Brian were very down to earth and low pressure sales. Nate easily wrapped up the finances and I was driving away within a few hours! We brought the car back the next day to check alignment and balance the tires and the reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because of the service department. The lead manager seemed like he knew what was going on and what needed to be done but the technician and their lead didn’t get the memo. Overall, they did provide a rental car free of charge and delivered my car to my home a few days later so I can’t complain. So far, I am pleased with my purchase.
