Very pleased with the entire process at this Joe Machens Nissan. First of all, test drove the vehicles I was interested in to get the best idea for what I wanted. At all parts of the browsing and buying process the sales contact, Debbie, manager Christian, and Finance manager Ryan, were all very helpful and carefully explained the different parts of the buying process; they were very practical and understanding during the conversation and meeting and were quick to answer any questions I had. In fact, they were welcoming to questions I might have later as well. They show a great aim to take care of customers here. Thank you!

Really impressed with my experience at Nissan. I felt like the professionalism from the sales team and management was incredible. Definitely not the stereotypical experience when purchasing a Vehicle from a dealership. Never at any point was i pressured, haggled with or got the impression I was just another sale. I quickly realized this was a team of business professionals I could trust and genuinely wanted to help me with my needs.
