I went to BMW of Bridgewater to look at their selection of X5s. Unlike other BMW dealerships I’ve been to, I was immediately greeted by James when I walked into the entrance. James walked me over to discuss my needs, then took me to the lot to look over the vehicles. He didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. Also when we were discussing financing I experienced zero pressure. I was able to pick out the vehicle I wanted and while waiting to sign the paperwork, Devin (BMW Genius) did an amazing job showing me the tech features. To be honest, coming from a 22 m340i, this X5 is loaded with things I wouldn’t have even known to use if Devin hadn’t reviewed them with me. This was a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This location holds true to the BMW standards! Very professional and honest with pricing and getting you into the car you want. Had the pleasure of working with salesman Cameron Worley along with Robert Halley. Two of the best workers in the building! Those guys deserve a raise

First time for me and I was impressed. I was greeted promptly and my service advisor Darrell made the process easy and carefree. He also found a way to save me a few bucks which was highly appreciated. I was emailed a video explaining the current status of my vehicle which built trust. I went for the rear brake job which was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!
