Heidi Harger was professional and courteous. She let me know what was happening with my vehicle and explained the process to me when I showed up. The only issue I had was that one service I needed required that my truck stays with service for 3-4 days. The dealership no longer does loaner vehicles…please bring this back, if you need to keep my vehicle because you’re backed up…I need to be able to make it to work and back. Otherwise, everything was great.
