2014 Nissan Sentra 1.8 SR CVT

This was the easiest car, buying experience ever! Found a car that I wanted online… Called Carlock and spoke to Joseph… And basically took care of everything on the phone on a Monday. Went and picked my car up on Tuesday! I absolutely love my new Nissan kicks, it replaced my 2011 Altima that I had also purchased from Carlock in 2012… Great experience great salesman… And a great car… Who could ask for anything more!

I bought a 2024 Frontier from Joseph McKennon and he was great. I was pricing identical vehicles from another West Tennessee Nissan dealer and Joseph gave me the best deal. He was very personable and likable. Dave in financial is also an asset to the dealership. The only negative, and it wasn’t anyone’s fault, is when Joseph went to print my drive out tag the printer malfunctioned. There was nothing to be done until a fix was made. Joseph and I made the best of the time because he was able to go farther in depth explaining the electronics in my truck. I am 62 and this is the best experience purchasing a vehicle in those years! Cristina was awesome! I was able to come in and trade my car with ease! She took the time to hear what I wanted and need in a vehicle and worked to get me exactly what I wanted!! The process was fast and easy. Everyone was pleasant. I was offered snacks while I waited. I would recommend her 1000 times. This is my 2nd time buying a car from her and I love my New Rogue!!
