Honestly, best dealer experience I've had. Tyler was very patient with me test driving multiple cars and pulling multiple numbers for different cars. Getting the tax credit on my first EV was super easy. Looking forward to the free tire rotations, car wash, and level 3 charging. Great experience.

We were planning on purchasing a new car after the Summer, however our current car had other plans. We visited Tom Gill in Florence, KY on a Wednesday evening. I had been shopping online and was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. Marlon helped us out so much. He listened, was very patient and very knowledgeable and showed me what I thought i wanted. He also showed us another option as well. He was spot on and we drove away that evening in our new 2025 Trax. We appreciate all of the patience in helping out a couple who was pretty much "emergency" shopping for our next "10-year" car. Thank you so much!
