The service team at the Commerce location are the best! My truck went down today and they had me back up and running same day. Their communication was 5 Star as well. I will recommend them to everyone!

My family members have purchased 6 ford vehicles from Billy Cain Ford over the past several years. We have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. The service department is very experienced and knowledgeable. Our service appointments are always handled in a timely manner. The sales staff is one of the most customer oriented and knowledgeable that we have ever dealt with. Overall, Billy Cain Ford is just an outstanding Ford dealership!

I had an appt at Athens Ford for 4pm today, 07/21/23. I was turned away and told that Athens Ford couldn't see me despite the fact that I had made a service appt. What they didn't know is that I needed my 2020 Mustang to be in top shape for a trip to Florida because my dad had a massive stroke 7 days ago. On my way home from Athens Ford, my tire suddenly lost pressure on the highway. I just managed to get to the off ramp for Chase Street (exit 13) before I was literally on my rim, something that an inspection at Athens Ford may or may not have caught. I ended up having to tow my vehicle to Billy Cain Ford after waiting 45min on an off ramp, blocking the entire right lane. I was lucky I didn't get hit and even luckier that my amazing tow truck driver scooped me up safely and got me to the dealership. Now, my car will be serviced and the tire will be replaced. The sales staff came out and were super nice and even let me wait for my Uber home, in the sales area. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service, I've never felt so welcomed in my life. I am lucky it wasn't worse as I was literally on the highway. THANK YOU Billy Cain Ford, keep up the fantastic work!!

What an incredible experience I had with this dealership!!! We needed to fix what was potentially a major issue with our 2014 Focus transmission and the service dept. determined that it was just a couple of sensors that needed to be replaced. Instead of taking advantage of us, as some dealerships and mechanic shops often do, they took the time to consider the only repair the car actually needed. Giovanni is absolutely outstanding to work with! He took the time to explain everything to me each step of the way and was genuinely a kind person; he even called after the car was picked up to check that everything was good and to see if I had any questions or concerns. If you are looking to work with a dealership that truly will treat you like family, this is the dealership for you.
