2015 Nissan Versa Note

My son needed a new car ASAP. He really wanted to look at a specific vehicle at Bergstrom Mazda. I have had multiple bad experiences years ago with Bergstrom and was not excited to go there. I wad pleasantly surprised to find out it is now no pressure and the sales people aren't on commission. The salesman was friendly and helpful. He picked up his new car the next day detailed and full tank of gas. The process was quick and easy. We actually had such a great experience that I decided we'd go to Bergstrom GMC in Appleton when my husband was looking to get into a new Terrain a few weeks later. I will definitely be telling friends and family to check Bergstrom out if they're looking for a new vehicle.

I recently worked with Bronson in purchasing a new vehicle and he was great to work with! Bronson made my car buying experience easy and helped find the perfect car for me! While working with Bronson I never felt rushed and he always made sure that all of my questions were answered and always displayed excellent customer care. I will definitely be going back to him when I need my next vehicle!

Bought an old Mazda RX7 a couple weeks ago. Last week brought it to Mazda Appleton to have them check out the vehicle and make sure everything was okay. Service advisor Ramirez took great care of me and gave me updates on the vehicle as it was getting looked at. Auto tech Dave, who worked on the vehicle, sent me a very comprehensive video. He told me exactly what was urgent, what could maybe wait, and even gave me a few pointers on taking care of this unique vehicle. Thank you very much for taking great care of me. I will be back for future services.
