Wow wow wow! I didn't think it was possible to have such an easy, no pressure car buying experience! And to have that experience with my 17 year old son who was buying his very first car with money he had been saving for 2 years..to not be consumed w stessful sales pitches as we were fully prepared to go to battle since everyone said dealers don't like customers that pay with cash..boy we were wrong! It was a day he will always remember with pride as Mo treated him like the paying customer he was. Just bought a very nice G6 Hardtop convertible as a 1st car for the grandson from Moe today. No hard sell tactics or pressure, AND the pricing was below market value. Bought an extended warranty contract so we feel great about coverage Moe, the GM is delivering the car to my house in Roseville. That definitely is 5 star customer service. The buying experience is so great that we are asking Moe to search for yet another car for us. We gave him the requirements, and he is looking for just the right car for us.
