Mr Ceja was awesome. Martha was amazing, and the gentleman in finance was awesome too. Every was more than polite and friendly. No one was pushy and everything was done quickly. I had to leave early for my children’s band performance and they had me come back Sunday to get the car detailing because I was unable to stay verses me not getting it done. Coworkers, friends, and their families all have vehicles from this location.

I have THE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL service manager that Nissan of Bakersfield employs. Ariel is always friendly, listens to all of my concerns in regards to my vehicle. He always has a smile on his face and ensures I understand what “extra” needs to be done in my car in the near future. It is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to bring my car in. The entire staff is always so helpful. It’s always nice seeing Juan Medina who sold my family numerous cars. He always makes the time to say hello and ask about how the family is doing.
