One guy, didn’t catch his name but he’s listed in the first photo, was SUPER informative and allowed me to test drive two different vehicles until I made my decision. I never felt pressured once, and with how fair and honest they were being with me, I felt super comfortable and ready to make the trade. Super happy with my new car!

When BIG LAM MOTORS says “no pressure sales”, that’s exactly what you’ll get. I was simply given the key to the vehicle that I was interested in and was left alone to complete my own inspection. Can’t tell you how refreshing an experience that was. I literally sold the car to myself ????. Of course, when I had questions, sales rep Alejandro Sauceda was extremely forthcoming and very honest. Even steered me away from another vehicle I was looking at because he didn’t think was in my best interests (and he was right). A truly remarkable car buying experience????????
