2017 Nissan Versa 1.6 SV CVT

Dave, Doug, Ryan, Lilly and definitely Bill… Amazing, awesome customer service! We were stranded on our way home from Pittsburgh and a single phone call, just asking about my warranty service led to a driver (Bill) coming to pick us up to drive us home. Arrangements were made for our car to be safely picked up and brought to the garage. It was such a wonderful feeling to feel that we mattered and that they were genuinely caring and concerned for our situation. We made the decision to trade in our car and they weren’t even concerned about a possible mechanical issue, the attention was entirely about our safety and what could they do to put us at ease and behind the wheel of a new vehicle. Thanks and hugs to each of you. We have been a part of what I like to say is the “good wheels” family now for 5 years and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with them. I got my first car off the lot today thanks to you Ryan.I would highly recommend goodwheels if you are looking for a vehicle.He was such a nice guy explains everything to you so you can understand it he truly was in it for us not just to sell a car.If I could give them a 10 most definitely would.
