On September 9, I went to toyota of Bay Ridge Brooklyn to discuss a trade-in. The car i was driving was a honda Civic Sport 2023, which I didn't have any issue with, but I needed a much bigger vehicle, so when I walked in with me and my wife we were introduce to a certified sales consultant ( sabino coppola ) VERY nice guy he told us to come in have a seat and ask me how can he help us and went on to discuss a specific vehicle I was interested in, let me tell you this guy sabino was really helping us make a great deal which I appreciate a lot and when we couldn't make a deal at first he kept reassuring us he's gonna try he's best to make us happy we continue discussing options and then the general manager of toyota came out her office vary kind lady introduce herself to us and I apologize for not remembering her name but I know it started with an "S" And she said, "Don't you worry. I promise we gonna get a great deal for you and your wife, and i was so blown away by the amount of effort they both put in and other staff of toyota were trying their best to help us find best vehicle and finally they offered me a deal that I was comfortable with that I said yes too and the vehicle that I got to trade in for is a corolla cross L 2024 that I've been driving over a week now and it was the best choice I've ever made. I'm looking forward to going back to toyota of Bay Ridge Brooklyn in the future and discussing deals with ( sabino coppola ). Because of him and all who helped, we were able to leave the place with a new vehicle. He really helped us!! If anyone decides to go to toyota Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Ask for sabino coppola! My best friend and I purchased a 2024 Camry SE two weeks ago from this dealership. We walked in an hour before closing time, but we were not rushed or pressured at all. We felt very welcome, and all the staff were very patient, helpful, and friendly. Specifically, we were assisted by Miguel Collado and Giacomo Coppola. They stayed with us throughout the selection and financing process. We were there for almost four hours. Our first choice, an LE model in red, wasn’t available, but they were still able to find a great SE model in blue. Two days later, we were very excited to pick up the car, and it was delivered to us on time. Giacomo & Sabino Coppola were great in leading us through that process. They encouraged us to contact them and the dealership at any time if we needed any further assistance. I would highly recommend this dealership. I work in sales/customer service as well, so I appreciate and recognize the value of superior customer service. It doesn’t end after the sale is completed!
