I took my car in for a relatively easy fix. I was fully prepared to pay for their service but I wasn't even charged for it! Just two little bolts were missing, so I guess that didn't warrant being billed for their work. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and the staff was very friendly. I am very, very pleased with Bill Robertson Nissan, and would comfortablely take my car here again in the future!

Sam was wonderful to work with. He kept in contact with me and always responded when I had questions. He went the extra mile and even came in on his day off! Excellent customer service. Very happy with our car and our experience!! Thank you!
