2018 Nissan Kicks 1.6 SV

Went in for inspection oil change and to look and possibilities for a new lease. Was greeted quickly and received a video of a suggestions from the mechanic working on my car. This was very nice and the first time I had ever got such a thorough explanation about all the issues or suggestions. I was able to check out the possible one of these for a new lease while I waited. Which was a very good use of my time. They are the best here.

I took my Nissan in for routine maintenance. After I pulled in they had all my paperwork ready to check in. They are always so friendly and even texted me twice to let me know how everything was going. Then one final text that it was done. Only took about an hour. Always a good experience coming here. I would highly recommend them.

What a gem of a dealership! I recently bought a car here and it was such a pleasant experience! Everyone was kind and patient with me during the entire process. As someone who was a first time car buyer and having recently relocated from out of state I was very nervous that buying a car would be a mess but Aaron and Alan walked me through every step. They often asked me if I had questions and politely educated me if I was confused which I'm incredibly grateful for! This was a busy Saturday yet they reassured me multiple times that things take time and they just wanted to find the right car for me. They were transparent which cars they had attractive discounts for and about the price and packages each car came with. I was highly impressed with the genuine attitude of everyone at this dealership and that I was never once pushed to get a larger vehicle or a more expensive model. They truly just want what works best for you. I mean it when I say that the staff made this purchase as easy as possible for me despite my special hiccups being from out of state. I cannot express how much I appreciated the wonderful, patient staff at Cochran Nissan; I was so anxious going through this process by myself in a new state. They have a staff that communicate across all departments to get their clients the best product and education about their vehicles and it shows. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back for services in the future and absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a new Nissan come to Cochran!
