I was in a nightmare situation with KIA and upside down on a loan. I had visited many dealerships in the area including some within the auto mall itself, however it was the impressive care of the customer that made me proceed at this dealership. I walked in asking for a female saleswoman because I was sick of being lied to by all the male salesmen I had experiences with and it was Lupe and Katia that drew me in and made me feel valued and determined to help me find a reasonable solution to my problem. I went in this morning, on a Sunday, and the beautiful ladies of Nissan passed me on to Alex. Alex was there to greet my son and I and helped us through the entire process. He was patient, empathic and made me feel confident again during a time while I felt very vulnerable. His compassion and knowledge really impressed me and made me feel comfortable because believe me, I am a handful. He deserves an award! Needless to say, my experience at Selma Nissan surpassed all expectations.
