Went in for an oil change and the experience was great from start to finish! Shirley greeted me and got the service manager, Jorge to get things going with my car. The car was done within an hour because I had an appointment and the car was cleaner because they gave it a wash. I’ll definitely head back here for my service.
Excellent customer service, all the people were friendly. Jackie helped me a lot, I had to replace all the down part of my car and was going to cost me a lot, but she assisted me with the claim from my policy and I ended paying a few hundreds. The work was excellent and very fast, even tho I didn’t had an appointment for that day, I was able to get a quick service with a high quality. I suggest to everybody this location they know how to assist you with all your needs.
