I have to recognize Shawn Holland (sales manager) for an incredibly personable interaction that was instrumental in the purchase of my Nissan Frontier. He truly made the difference in this process. He did not push and allowed time for my wife and I to think things through and worked hard to achieve an agreeable deal. Another positive experience was with Joy Gibson (loyalty manager). What a nice touch to provide a discrete person that ensures customer satisfaction and provides an avenue for sales feedback from the customer's perspective during the process. During the sale, dealer supplied parts were promised with supporting documentation provided to ensure that this would be followed through. It was nice to be contacted so soon after the deal was made that the ordered parts were in and to stop by to pick them up. I was promptly escorted by Jessica to the parts department and they were carried to my vehicle for me by parts personnel. I appreciated the service and prompt contact without having to remind the dealer of the deal. Finally, it is apparent that service after the sale is important. I was walked through the service department, introduced to service personnel, and shown the impressive array of comfort items in the waiting area. Good job.
