We had a great experience at Ciocca Nissan. Scott the manager helped make a bad experience into a positive one. We looked at a few cars and found one that fit our needs. John was fantastic to work with and the entire staff was helpful and supportive.

We were just going out to look at vehicles that day with no intention of actually bringing one home. This was only our second stop to look at the type of vehicles we were looking for. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and we found exactly what we wanted. They made the process so easy that we had no choice but to purchase the vehicle and drive it home that day. The entire staff worked together in helping us, even if it was just some friendly conversation. Everyone from the salesman, William, to sales manager, Bruce, Brandon in finance, Doc who helped with the app, to Noelle who retrieved a CD we left in our trade-in for us! After our purchase, we returned the vehicle to have the Lux care applied, which was completed by our niece, Noelle Kugle, who had highly recommended the dealership. She did an amazing job as well.
