I brought my car in for servicing fully expecting to get a high price for the repair. I was fortunate to encounter the same sales rep, Robert, who had been the lead on my last service repairs. After the diagnostic review was done it was determined the leak I had come in for was a result of a washer that had failed from the last repair. I was charged nothing and even had my car washed.
