He listened attentively to us and provided us with valuable insights, making the whole process a breeze. We could tell that he was a straight-shooter, and we were relieved because when we left to go to the lot, we literally said, "Ok, time to get harassed", expecting/dreading an awful experience and braced with the anxiety that comes with making any large purchase. From the moment we parked our vehicle we were helped by Mr Giff. He was a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy like most but you knew he had experience and was about his business. We were only there because my wife wanted to leave the house and check out the new Nissan Pathfinder, but we ended up trading in her Rogue for one. The crew there were all professionals I don’t remember everyone’s names but they were all on point with their customer service. I understand that they are supposed to because they are in the business of selling but they seemed organic with everything. I would recommend the place to anyone. Thanks crew.
