Our salesperson was Danielle J. She took her time showing us the cars. She was knowledgeable about each car. Her total "no pressure" approach was much appreciated after a terrible experience with a competitor's dealership. We received a great deal on the car and a fair trade-in amount on our old vehicle. We had such a great experience that our friends bought the same SUV two days later on our recommendation.

Chris C. who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The facilities were sparkling clean and the entire team was warm and welcoming. After a disheartening experience at another dealership earlier in the week, I wasn't even sure I wanted to go look at any more cars. But somehow.i found myself in the showroom at Mike Erdman on a rainy and cool Sunday afternoon. I went to see a specific truck, but quickly realized that while it fit my budget, it did not meet my needs. They tried to find me the perfect vehicle. While I was there I became extremely ill. I had to leave in the middle.of shopping and discussing terms. They were much more concerned with my health and well-being than with the sale of a vehicle. They have checked on me multiple times throughout the week to see if u needed anything. They went above and beyond. I have not purchased a truck yet, but I highly recommend this company to everyone.
