When we walked up to the door Ben was already there to open it and greet us from there he was helpful and professional and honest. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his information giving. He also was very upfront with how the process would work and the timeline. Then when we got ready to take our new Rogue home he helped us set up everything we needed to as well as walk us through all the menu options!
