2025 Nissan Kicks 2.0 SR

When VW of Fairfield opened, I went in looking to just get a better look at an atlas (2023) I was approached by a man and he told me I couldn't look in any cars until I provided all my personal info! I was not comfortable doing that, I just wanted to get a feel for how big it was, the 3rd row, the dash etc. I want even sure that's the car I wanted, I was shopping around. So I left disappointed. As the months went on, I ended up seeing an atlas elsewhere and was interested as all the other mid size suvs 3rd row wasn't large enough, vw changed the atlas for 2024, so I waited for them. I again went to my local vw if Fairfield and had the best experience with a car salesman Mike Marshall. He was great from the test drive, to a few months later helping me purchase. He applied all discounts I qualified for, him and the sales manager Jon worked as a great team to get me into the atlas I wanted. I am so satisfied with that experience I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase. The day I took the car home, everyone was amazing from the store manager, to the tech guy showing me the features. Thank you Volkswagen of Fairfield for all your time and attentiveness. What an incredible experience at this dealership. I am very excited to be driving my awesome new vehicle. Mike was very clear and honest with all of the information. I was able to make my decision almost immediately to go with Volkswagen of Fairfield. I am very much impressed with the financing process that I was able to get approved for the car that I wanted. They provide in-house maintenance and service options. I am relieved that I won't ever have to look around for a service shop as they are partnered with all the dealerships that would provide service upon request.Again, the transparency and integrity of the staff makes me happy that I spent my money at a great establishment. I enjoyed my first experience here and I definitely plan on visiting again soon.

I just purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from VW of Fairfield.. I like to say what a great experience!!! Mike Marshall, one of the car sales specialists, was super amazing. He did an excellent job assisting me in my purchase. Not only did he respond to my internet request.. he took his time to go over every detail from the many questions I asked him... I bought the car for my wife and told Mike what I was looking for and what her needs were.. and with no pressure from him, he helped make it happen.. And did I mention the showroom at VWoF? Wow, it's a state of the art.. I've never seen anything like it.. not only was it beautiful but the staff was friendly ,and inviting!! I am telling everyone that if you're looking for a car new or used well, this is the place VW of Fairfield... I wish I could give them a million stars ???? ???? !!!
