The 1st time I came to Anderson was back in 2020 and I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Tim Carlson who is still with Anderson just now in the Used Car department. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Robert Sahabi. Robert was very thorough with the sales process, listen to what we wanted and what we were looking for and overall delivered leaving us with the best possible outcome leaving with the Honda Pilot we wanted! It was a pleasant experience. Henry Vu made it a pleasant experience. Henry is such a wonderful human being and very good at his job. He is very patient and took the time with explaining the features of the vehicle my wife and I were interested in. His intentions were to satisfy our needs with his customer service skills. AND, all of this without any pressure to purchase the vehicle. It was quite a bit different compared to my experiences (mostly bad) with other sales tactics at other dealerships. I will probably be the market for another new vehicle in about two years, and if Henry is still around, I will definitely go back to Anderson Honda.
