We went to this dealership to purchase a family vehicle and it was the smoothest process we’ve experienced thus far. Everyone working this day were polite, welcoming and provided excellent customer service. We worked with Greg Clark and he made this process quick, easy and we left within an hour and a half with an approval to finance AND our car the SAME day!! Our car had every amenity we were looking for also :) Not to mention that our down payment was declined by bank because our down payment exceeded our daily amount and they allowed us to STILL leave with our car and were able to come back the next day with the down payment :) Greg was pleasant to work with and had a great personality. He was funny and carried great conversation with us. We will definitely be coming back here for our second vehicle :)
My experience with Lou Sobh was great from the very beginning. I had the pleasure of working with Phillip. I was in a bit of a bind and he picked up as soon as I called! He catered to my needs and with the help of his finance manager not only got me a price I could respect but a huge upgrade from the vehicle I bought in. Not only did he do great during the sale but even followed up and went out of his way to offer fixes on a USED vehicle (all cosmetic)! I gave my purchase some time to marinate as I know how salesman can be, as soon as the sale is complete they’re done with you. Im very pleased to say that has not been the case with Phillip or Lou Sobh VW. They have went above and beyond for me and I will absolutely be back!!! Hats off to this newer dealership keep it up!!!
Drove all the way from Little Rock Arkansas to pick up my car from them. Hugo was great the entire process. He was very upfront and friendly and helpful on getting me the absolute best deal possible. Very responsive and helped overcome every obstacle we ran into. Out of state purchases can be scary but the vehicle was perfect in every way possible. Steve the finance manager was great. Not pushy as some can be. The dealership is absolutely beautiful. Drove the car 600 miles home and not a single issue all the way. Would refer to anyone who lives in the area or close by 100%
