2025 Volkswagen Tiguan

Great experience here! I've had my new car about 6 months now. Zach in sales was great. He gave me a great deal up front, no haggling. He was friendly, fair and reasonable. I'll definitely be considering another purchase from him sometime down the road. I've had my car in twice for service. The staff is friendly and professional. The video the technician sends you is fantastic and really takes the experience and service to a higher level. I'm a bit surprised that the car has needed alignment adjustments in both of my first two services but you could chalk that up to break in. If it would continue I'd say that falls on the manufacture and they're just taking care of their customer. But I'll tell you I trust the service department here. They really deliver a great experience. Jose was my service advisor this past time and he was great to work with. I've always left with a smile. Even with the unexpected maintenance costs because that's what it is. If you're a reasonable person and you care about your car. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I can’t thank Chris Brennan and Celene enough for making my purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable! Chris was great at explaining and showing me the differences between trim models. I was able to view a few different Atlases and came out multiple times to look and test drive. Chris really helped me narrow down what I really wanted and what features were important to me, he wasn’t trying to upsell me the highest trim level. Never did I feel pressured to purchase and he welcomed any questions I had, I truly enjoyed that aspect. Once I decided exactly what I wanted he worked hard to get it to their dealership from their sister location within the next business day that I could purchase right away. Celene was great to work with when we talked final figures and she even assisted for final paperwork (which isn’t her department). I truly can’t thank them enough! So glad this is our local VW!

I was very happy with my service. I came for inspection and oil change but when they looked needed more fixing to pass. They explained to me and showed me what needed to be done. They drove me home so I didn’t have to wait and when my car was done I was able to get it same day. My car was fixed and I was very pleased with service. Thank you so much
