I absolutely love my new used vehicle! Ryan was fantastic and super easy to work with. The manager gave me the price that we were looking for. We were in and out in less than a couple of hours. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase and we will definitely be back for our fourth.
I have changed my review from a 2 star to a 5 star due to recent events. 8 months ago I bought 4 tires from Kerry Hyundai. I had a leak on one of them on 10/19/23. They found a hole punctured in the bead and said someone improperly installed or removed that tire. After some miscommunication on both sides, I didn't clarify that Kerry Hyundai was the one I bought the tires from. They thought I had gotten the tires from Columbia Hyundai in Cincinnati. After some phone calls and clearing up any misunderstanding, Kerry Hyundia refunded the tire I purchased to replace the damaged one. While the hassle was unfortunate, the end result was respectful to me. My opinion of Kerry Hyundai has changed for the better and I will continue to include them as one of my dealerships I bring my Veloster N to. I have brought the car to Kerry in the past and previous experiences were better, but this experience showed me that Kerry Hyundai can go above and beyond than what other dealerships do. I will now recommend Kerry to any family or friends who have Hyundai vehicles as I now can confidently bring my own vehicle to them. I do wanna personally thank Patrick Edwards (Service Advisor at Kerry Hyundai) for helping with this whole ordeal. He did everything as best as he could within the limits of what he was allowed to.
