I have nothing but positive things to say about my car buying experience here. Georgi was our salesman and he was amazing from start to finish! We initially came in just to test drive a few vehicles to see what we liked and what was out there. We had visited a few other dealerships as well. Georgi never pressured us one bit and was extremely polite and accommodating the whole way through. We figured out what car we wanted and came back a few months later to purchase. He kept us informed every step of the way and went over all the details and fine print. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a car buying experience. The finance manager, Craig, was very helpful and went over everything with us carefully and honestly. After a few days with our new vehicle we got a call from the owner and a thank you for choosing Fred Haas. Nice touch! Very happy with my new car and how everything was handled.
